It’s a FREE Monday thru Friday clean eating reset focusing on whole foods and water intake. I’ll be sending out a healthy recipe every week as well as various health tips to improve digestion, energy and overall well-being. The weekend allowances will help build a healthy eating mindset without total restriction. This is a great time to get creative in the kitchen!
The “Rules”
It’s really quite simple. We are cutting the crap literally - the processed junk, simple carbs, sugary drinks and alcohol. We are focusing on eating REAL food. The beautiful thing about doing this in Summer is our access to an amazing array of fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and healthy meat. And we are really focusing on weekdays because I know it’s summertime and I want you to be successful.
EAT (organic if possible): Vegetables, fruit, wild-caught fish, pasture-raised/grass-fed meat, nuts, seeds, pasture-raised eggs, dairy, whole grains
AVOID: All processed foods, white grains, sugar, alcohol, really most things that comes in a package
