The Reset Session is a concentrated, focused clearing — small in duration but full in impact. It clears static, recalibrates your energy, and restores a sense of groundedness and clarity.
This is the right starting point when you're feeling off but can't quite name why, when life has felt heavy or scattered, or when your body is signaling that something needs to shift. It also creates a natural foundation for those ready to move into the deeper work of the Return Session.

A full immersion into embodied energy medicine — weaving body, mind, and soul into layered reintegration. Using kinesiology and intuition, I map what's ready to move in your system: unprocessed emotions, outdated patterns, limiting beliefs, old attachments. Then we follow the thread together, using whatever wants to move through — breathwork, movement, creativity, inner child work, oracle cards, and more.
Each session responds to what your system is ready to receive in that moment. There's no fixed protocol. Just presence, precision, and the kind of deep listening your system has been waiting for.

This offering creates a steady, weekly space to support your system through ongoing integration and change. Rather than pushing for outcomes, this approach honors your natural timing — allowing patterns to surface, settle, and reorganize in their own way.
Seasonal containers are offered in two forms: one centered on grounding and regulation for those navigating life transitions or chronic overwhelm, and one designed for deeper initiation and transformation for those ready to shed an old identity and step into who they're becoming. Together we choose the path that best supports where you are.
